    Cindy started her career in the Automotive industry as a receptionist at an automotive dealership in Fremont in 1973, afterwhich, she became a representative for ADP in the 1980's in Computer Service and then in Sales.  She went back to the dealership world in 1990 as Office Manager.  Working at Acura of Concord (part of the Hendrick Automotive Group) for the past 17 years has been a very fulfilling career for Cindy.

    Cindy joined Acura of Concord February 1993.

    Darrell started his career in the automotive industry as an Apprentice Technician in 1972. He has experience on all types of vehicles from Motorcycles to 18 Wheelers. He has a degree in Automotive Technology and Management. Darrell left the industry for a period of time to work in Air Traffic Control. He returned to Automotive and has over 35 years experience, 28 years in management. On his off time he enjoys photography and flying his airplane.

    Darrell joined Acura of Concord in June 2009.

    "I came to work at Acura of Concord June 1989 to head up the Parts Department and still going strong 21 years later!  My longevity with this company stems from working for a fantastic company, the Hendrick Automotive Group, working with a great group of people and a great manufacturer, Acura.

    Our family loves the product, so much so that we have three Acuras in our driveway and a total of eight in our extended family!  I have a wonderful family, married (20+ years) with two children.  We enjoy dirt biking, sports and hanging out with family."

    During his spare time he enjoys dirt biking with his sons and is into remote control cars and boats as a hobby.

    James has 18 years of experience in the automotive industry.  Fresh out of college, he started out selling cars, eventually moving into management after about 5 years.  He has worked for other automotive companies as a Sales and Finance Manager, but says that the Hendrick Automotive Group is the best company that he has worked for, and it shows by the quality of their employees and the satisfaction of their customers.

     

    James is a married father of four who spends his free time doing family activities.

    Before Acura of Concord, Aisa was in Global Telecom Sales for MCI/WorldCom for about 5 years.  Prior to that, she was in the dental industry for 10 years.   Aisa has held several positions at Acura of Concord: Weekend Reception - Internet Sales - Finance. She now handles the Business Development Center.  

    Aisa loves spending her free time with family and friends.  Aisa joined the Acura of Concord family in November 2003.

    Keith has least 29 years of Automotive experience.  He started with Acura of Concord  21 years ago when the store opened in May 1989.  He enjoys working with the Acura product because of the quality of cars, the support of American Honda and the Hendrick Automotive Group.  He spends his spare time coaching high school Lacrosse. 

    Keith is supported by his wonderful wife and two boys!

    This is Robin's first exposure to the automotive industry.  Since she started here at Acura of Concord in 2002, Robin has held several positions starting with Client Relations - Reception - Dispatch - Appointment Coordinator - Cashier - Warranty Administrator and is now our Assistant Service Manager. 

     According to her, she loves working at Acura of Concord because the Hendrick Automotive Group is a great family-oriented company and enjoys learning about vehicles and how they operate!  Robin loves spending her spare time with family.

    When not at work, Roberta loves to exercise: Pilates, yoga and walking.  She is a very talented recording artist, songwriter and musician.  She is currently recording a new album.

    Acura of Concord is by far the best place I have ever worked at.  Always putting customer satisfaction first before profitability is huge! 

    When I'm not at work, I enjoy being outdoors; gardening, spending time with my dog (Suki) and riding and showing my horse (Cole), which leaves me with little time for anything else!

    Jason has been in the automotive industry since 1998 and has held several positions since; from Sales - Used Car Manager- Finance Director - Sales Manager - Internet Director.  Jason joined Acura of Concord in July 2009.

    He was born and raised in Concord.  He graduated from Clayton Valley High School and served in the U.S. Navy for 4 years, serving both in the Desert Storm and Desert Shield.  

    Jason lived in Georgia for 11 years but eventually came back to Concord.  He is a proud father of 4 children.  He enjoys all sports and loves all the SF Bay Area teams!  He enjoys working at Acura of Concord because of the feeling of being part of a winning team!

    In his off time Bill enjoys sailing and motorcycles. He is also a micro car enthusiast.
