Refinance/buy, trade for another, turn in the keys? Acura of Concord made the decision easy for me. First there was a phone call explaining my options from them. Now I live in S.F., so for me to go to Concord and passing many other Acura dealerships they had to make me feel that they wanted my business and they did. I was warmly greeted by Raffy Pangilinan, a sales manger, and from this encounter I knew this transaction would be drama free. He then introduced me to Kwun Lai , a sales consultant, while he ran the numbers. Kwun showed me the cars and I was amazed at his product knowledge and passion. He is a real asset to this dealership. After choosing the car I wanted Raffy came in with the price, I countered with what I wanted to pay and the deal was struck. Easy and professional is the only way I can describe the process. I was then introduced to Mark Dowling the G.M and Michael Cartisano the Sales Manager. From our conversation I was impressed at what they value and I could see that they lead by example. Mark and Michael understand what the difference is between a manager and a leader. They walk the walk and talk the talk. What makes Acura of Concord different is their commitment to be a relationship driven, caring environment that values loyalty. In three years I will be back.
